This role will suit an engineer with amechanical bias, although candidates with a strongelectrical backgroundwill also be considered.The successful candidate will work closely with project, site, and commercial teams to ensure M&E services are coordinated, installed, and commissioned in line with design, programme, and quality expectations.Key Responsibilities• Support the coordination and delivery of M&E services on site• Liaise with design consultants, subcontractors, and site management teams• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions• Monitor installation quality and progress against programme• Assist with inspections, testing, commissioning, and snag closure• Support issue resolution relating to M&E design or installation• Ensure compliance with project standards and statutory requirementsSkills and Experience• Degree or trade-based background in Mechanical or Electrical Building Services• Mechanical bias preferred, electrical background also acceptable• Experience working on residential or commercial construction projects• Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and specifications• Strong communication skills and a practical, site-focused approachWhat's on Offer• Salary up to €75,000• Long-term, stable project pipeline in South Dublin• Career progression within an established delivery team
