Opportunity Overview
The position involves providing comprehensive general dentistry services to patients of all ages. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and treating oral diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums, as well as performing routine cleanings, extractions, fillings, and other dental procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance on oral health and hygiene, as well as preventative care.
* Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures.
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and care are met.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice.
* Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans.
* Establish strong relationships with patients and team members.
Patient Interaction:
Excellent communication skills with both patients and support teams are essential for this role. As a dentist, you will work closely with patients to understand their needs and provide personalized care.
* Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery, or equivalent qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia.
* UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas.
* Commitment to delivering high standards of patient-centered care.
