SPAR Limerick (Castletroy Retail Park), Castletroy, Co. Limerick are looking for Retail Supervisors to join their fantastic team.
We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our team. Part time / Full time positions available ( 6AM-10PM) City Centre and Castletory Limerick
Responsibilities include:
* Helping the store manager with daily operations, including merchandising and customer service.
* Mentoring and overseeing staff.
* Managing store operations when the store manager is absent.
* Maintaining inventory and ensuring health and safety compliance.
* Ensuring store appearance is pleasant and resolving customer issues.
* Coaching colleagues to meet daily priorities and customer needs.
* Completing additional tasks as directed by management.
Required qualifications:
* Prior experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
* Strong organisational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
* Ability to lead and manage teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule.
* Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work in all departments in the shop
* Strong English Level
Salary :DOE minimum start €15.50
