* As a key member of the Supply Chain Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of material operations within a biologics facility.
">
* Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and lead the Receiving, Warehouse, Weigh and Dispense/Sampling teams, guaranteeing that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
">
* You will also oversee inventory management, 3PL coordination, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards, maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
">
* In addition, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental targets, manage resources, and optimize warehouse capacity.
">

Key Responsibilities:
">
">
* Develop and implement proactive strategies to maintain safety, industrial hygiene, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
">
* Collaborate with Material Operations colleagues, QA, QC, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Engineering to ensure all KPIs, SLAs, and departmental targets are met.
">
* Manage material storage, 3PL inventory management, and ensure timely replenishment of inventory requirements at the site.
">
* Ensure adherence to schedules for Manufacturing, Fill Finish, and Packaging operations, as well as local and offsite facilities.
">
* Maximize capacity efficiency of warehouse and cold-rooms/Freezers, overseeing cycle counting activities and area leads for regulatory inspections.
">
* Perform updates to standard operating procedures, training modules, and compliance requirements, maximizing efficiency through continuous improvement and progressive thinking.
">
* Maintain temperature-controlled areas within Material Operations within compliance and ensure all weekly tasks are completed on time and in full.
">
* Ensure housekeeping and 5S practice standards are maintained to the highest levels, escalating any issues or concerns to Material Operations Leadership Team.
">
* Act as a role model for the values and behaviors of the organization in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.

Requirements:
">
">
* A degree in Materials Management, Logistics, or related field is preferred, with a strong understanding of Materials Management in a Biotechnology or Pharma environment.
">
* Familiarity with GMP standards and ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks across various activities.
">
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to positively influence without authority.
">
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
">
