Role
Role: Cyber Delivery Enablement Manager
Location: Central Park, Dublin 18 (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
What is the role
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Security Transformation & Delivery, the Cyber Front Door Manager is accountable for owning and governing AIB’s Cyber Front Door capability. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant impact on AIB’s security posture and delivery outcomes.
The role provides a single, consistent, risk‑based mechanism for how Cyber engages with Enterprise Delivery—ensuring all cyber demand is appropriately assessed, prioritised, and managed in line with risk appetite, regulatory expectations, and delivery capacity.
The role is critical to protecting the Bank while enabling delivery, improving early cyber engagement, optimising cyber capacity, and strengthening transparency and governance across the change portfolio.
Key Accountabilities
Own and govern the end‑to‑end Cyber Front Door, ensuring consistent intake, triage, prioritisation, and routing standards across the Bank
Risk‑prioritise and balance cyber demand across Enterprise Delivery, aligning regulatory and strategic needs with available capacity and identifying recurring demand and risk drivers
Maintain end‑to‑end oversight of the cyber demand pipeline, producing clear, evidence‑based management reporting on volumes, flow, bottlenecks, and emerging risks
Act as the senior interface across Cyber, Enterprise Delivery, and business stakeholders, shaping effective engagement and influencing delivery planning so cyber involvement occurs early and proportionately
Provide clear guidance and constructive challenge to delivery teams where cyber risk exposure is material
Ensure Front Door outcomes align with AIB’s Cyber Risk Management Framework and Information Security Standards, identifying and escalating new, changed, or material risk and control concerns, including potential risk appetite breaches
Drive continuous improvement of Front Door tooling, workflows, metrics, and customer experience through automation and simplification
Mentor and support colleagues and embed consistent best practices to strengthen capability maturity
What You Will Bring
7+ years’ experience in enterprise technology, cyber security, technology risk, or delivery‑adjacent roles within complex, multi‑partner environments
Demonstrated experience operating in governance‑led roles, applying risk‑based judgement to prioritisation, engagement, and decision‑making
Strong understanding of enterprise application, information, and infrastructure technologies, including integration and API‑based architectures
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate cyber and technical risk into clear, actionable insight for senior technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Knowledge of information security and risk control frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, and ISO 27002 would be desirable
Professional certification such as CISSP is advantageous but not essential
