This role is on a part time basis, 4 days a week, and offers the successful candidate excellent flexibility and life/work balance opportunities.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSend info to outsourcers – this involves:Checking opening balances on clients' accounts software packageChecking banks are reconciledChecking trade debtors listing and trade creditors listing agree to trial balanceCollate other info – bank statementsCreditor statementsHire purchase / lease agreementsGet charges & payments from ROSInsurance back upFixed Asset Additions invoicesComplete CRAs for all clientsYE JournalsBank loans / Other AdminTax affairs lettersTurnover confirmation lettersCollate info for bank loansInfo Request LettersDrafting Info requestCandidate RequirementsExperience in a Professional Accounting Practice. (1-3 years preferred)Strong foundational bookkeeping knowledge.
