Design Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our team in Dublin-based projects. As a key member of the site team, you will be responsible for managing the setting out of projects, coordinating architectural and engineering information, and preparing and maintaining schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the setting out of projects with emphasis on coordinating architectural and engineering information
* Coordinate utilities and services from and between mechanical and electrical engineers and utility providers
* Prepare and maintain schedules of information requirements in accordance with contract programmes
* Coordinate and manage technical submittal processes for all elements/components required to construct projects
Requirements:
* 10+ years' industry experience working as a Design Manager on Commercial/Resi and Data Centre, Industrial Projects
* Relevant third-level qualification (Engineering or Architectural)
* Previous Main Contractor experience is desirable
