You'll be part of a highly skilled team providing essential pre-transfusion and antenatal testing that directly impacts patient care across Ireland.What You'll DoContribute to a high-quality medical laboratory service supporting clinical needsWork as part of an expert multidisciplinary teamDeliver efficient and accurate immunohaematology services in line with laboratory proceduresParticipate in a specialist national referral serviceEssential CriteriaRecognised degree in Medical ScienceFull (or eligible) membership of ACSLM and CORU registrationExperience in blood transfusionStrong communication & teamwork skillsFlexible, adaptable, and motivated approachGood computer skillsDesirable (Training Provided)Experience in complex red cell serologyGMP / GLP laboratory experienceKnowledge of ISO 15189Problem-solving and decision-making skillsOut-of-hours laboratory experienceSalary€44,331 – €73,667 (incl.
