Role Overview
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee multiple outlets within The Savoy Collection. This role suits a hospitality leader with experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end restaurant groups.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations across restaurants, lounges, bars, and event spaces
* Lead and support outlet managers and front-of-house teams
* Maintain The Savoy Collection service standards across all venues
* Work with culinary and marketing teams on menus and seasonal initiatives
* Monitor budgets, control costs, and grow revenue
* Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations
* Manage guest relations, including VIP clientele
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of Food and Beverage management in luxury or fine dining
* Experience managing multiple outlets
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Knowledge of premium food, wine, and beverage service
* Experience with P&L and financial reporting
* Certifications such as Food Safety & Sommelier are an advantage
