As a commercially driven Account Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering client success in the healthcare or occupational health sector. With a passion for building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to drive growth, you will be responsible for developing trusted partnerships with key stakeholders across client organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across client organisations.
* Identify and convert opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services within existing accounts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and responsive service delivery.
* Monitor industry and client developments to proactively shape account strategies.
* Utilise CRM tools to track activity, manage pipelines, and maintain up-to-date client communication records.
* Regularly report on performance, KPIs, and forecasts to both internal leadership and clients.
* Act as the central point of contact between clients and internal departments.
* Work closely with senior leadership to align account plans with wider commercial strategy.
Experience Required:
* 5+ years of account management experience, preferably within healthcare or occupational health.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
* Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in large organisations.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
* Ability to travel to client locations as required.
* A clinical or nursing qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
