About Your New Job as a Site Manager
As the Construction Site Manager, you will:
* Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely project completion.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors to ensure project requirements are met.
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including reports, site diaries, and safety documentation.
* Ensure that quality standards and specifications are met, adhering to Health and Safety regulations and Building Regulations.
What Skills You Need:
* Third Level Degree in Engineering/Construction Management.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a site management role.
* Experience in commercial/residential projects is an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of Health and Safety, Building Regulations.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
