Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced WFM Planning Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing scheduling strategies that meet business objectives.
Scheduling Responsibilities
* Analyze historical data and seasonal trends to identify areas for improvement in schedule planning
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to staffing and scheduling
* Create detailed schedules based on business needs, ensuring adequate staff coverage while minimizing costs
A successful candidate will have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams to drive results-oriented solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with workforce management tools (e.g., Aspect).
