We are seeking a passionate and engaging
English Instructor
to join one of our international Cyber Academies. This is a
full relocation, onsite role
designed for an educator who excels at teaching English in a professional, technical, and academic environment.
The instructor will work closely with cybersecurity students to strengthen their
spoken, written, and professional English
, enabling them to succeed in technical training, workplace communication, and global industry environments.
Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Curriculum Delivery
* Deliver structured English lessons focused on:
* Professional and workplace English
* Technical and cybersecurity-related terminology
* Reading comprehension and technical documentation
* Written communication (emails, reports, presentations)
* Verbal communication, discussion, and presentation skills
* Adapt teaching methods to varying English proficiency levels
* Support students in developing confidence in speaking and participating in class
Student Support & Engagement
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Identify learning gaps and tailor support accordingly
* Encourage active participation and inclusive classroom dynamics
* Collaborate with technical instructors to align language support with cyber curriculum
Academic & Operational Collaboration
* Participate in curriculum planning and academic meetings
* Prepare lesson plans, exercises, and assessments
* Maintain accurate attendance and progress records
* Support academy activities, workshops, and special programs as required
Requirements
Essential
* Native or near-native English proficiency
* Proven experience teaching English (academic, professional, or ESL/EFL environments)
* Strong classroom presence and communication skills
* Ability to teach adult learners in an intensive, structured program
* Willingness to relocate internationally and work fully onsite
Advantage
* Experience teaching English for technical, IT, or cybersecurity environments
* TEFL / TESOL / CELTA or similar certification
* Experience working in international or multicultural settings
* Familiarity with professional or corporate English training
