About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Hiring Manager to join our team. This role requires at least 12 months of experience and involves working on site 3 days a week in a hybrid environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling business success, amplifying our culture, and increasing organizational effectiveness through strategic people management. Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with senior executives to define and execute business strategies that drive growth and transformation.
* Defining and executing strategic global HR solutions.
* Leading management in organizational assessment and diagnosis to inform business strategies.
* Driving a high-performance culture across supported organizations.
Key Requirements:
* At least 6-8 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience.
* Experience supporting EMEA/APJ regions and American Head Quartered businesses.
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to provide business and HR knowledge to define solution options.
* A business first mentality with a deep understanding of our portfolio of products and services.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
