We are working with a respected Irish organisation to appoint a
Finance Director (Head of Finance Operations)
. This is a senior role blending leadership, transformation, and operational excellence.
You will lead a high-performing team across AP, AR, payroll & pensions, general ledger, tax, and banking. Your remit includes cashflow forecasting, internal controls, ERP optimisation, and audit preparation.
This role is about more than managing processes - it is about shaping the future of finance operations through automation, smarter reporting, and team development.

What we're looking for
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
* 10-15 years PQE with at least 5 in a senior finance role
* Experience in finance operations, shared services or semi-state
* ERP systems exposure (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, Sun)
* Strong people leadership and senior stakeholder management
