Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineer to join our team as a Project Support Engineer in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting an ongoing capital project, working closely with the Asset Lifecycle Management team to ensure its smooth execution.


About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves providing ongoing support to a capital project, which includes working closely with the Asset Lifecycle Mgmt team to support project activities related to asset creation, criticality assessment, and determination of equipment maintenance philosophies in line with company procedures.

1. Ongoing support of a capital project, including collaboration with the Asset Lifecycle Mgmt team to ensure project activities are executed effectively.
2. Asset Lifecycle support during project execution, ensuring seamless integration of assets and their associated data.
3. Creation of assets and facilitation of asset criticality assessment, leveraging expertise to inform strategic decisions.
4. Review of project documentation and asset data for accuracy and completeness, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables.
5. Support upload of asset data to Maximo CMMS system, enhancing organizational efficiency and productivity.
6. Development of project execution KPIs/Metrics, enabling informed decision-making and performance optimization.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, the successful candidate will possess a minimum of a Level 8 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Biochemical) and relevant industry experience. Additionally, some experience working in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in a maintenance or engineering team is advantageous, as is experience with maintenance management and reliability programs. Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems, such as Maximo, is also required.
