The Business Contract Specialist will be responsible for managing contracts, collaborating with various teams and departments to ensure seamless contract execution. This role will play a crucial part in maintaining strong customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
* Review, negotiate and amend contractual paperwork to align with the company's standards.
* Participate in contract negotiations with customers, supporting sales, support renewals and legal teams as needed.
* Identify opportunities to streamline contract management processes and implement improvements.
* Assist with special projects and team initiatives.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in contract review, drafting and negotiation, along with general business acumen, preferably within a related field.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills and analytical problem-solving abilities.
* Detailed and accuracy-oriented, able to multitask effectively.
* Excellent teamwork and client communication skills.
Education/Certification/License: A bachelor's degree or college diploma in a relevant field, such as business or contracting.
