Job Title: Sales Development Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers to promote our products and services.
* Develop and implement commercial strategies to target specific customer segments.
* Promote and educate customers on our product offerings, focusing on their specific needs and specifications.
* Cross-sell our products and services to existing customers.
* Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in engineering or a related field.
* At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in electrical engineering.
* Excellent account management skills.
* Ability to cold call and engage in social selling.
* Persuasive and convincing communication skills.
* Active listening skills and ability to build strong business relationships.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus points for:
* Background in power systems (LV and/or MV).
* Competence in software sales.
