**Job Title:** Facilities Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a large portfolio of buildings, including utilities upgrade projects and asset management.
* Design and analysis of utilities on site.
* Ensure building service compliance and health & safety standards are met.
* Negotiate contracts with consultants and contractors.
* Liaise with stakeholders on expansion projects.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 8 years' experience in facilities/building services management roles.
* A degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Proven experience in planning for large facilities.
* Preventative maintenance and reliability engineering skills.
* Experience in energy efficiency initiatives.
* A creative mindset and positive attitude.
