Event & Wedding Executive - 4-Star Hotel - Trim Location: Trim, Co. Meath Salary: DOE (Dependent on Experience) The Noel Group is delighted to be working with a prestigious 4-star hotel in Trim to recruit a passionate and detail-driven Event & Wedding Executive.
This is a superb opportunity for a customer-focused and organised individual to play a pivotal role in the planning and delivery of weddings, private functions, and corporate events at one of Ireland's most picturesque and popular venues.
In this role, you will take ownership of the entire event process - from initial enquiry to post-event wrap-up - ensuring every occasion is executed seamlessly and to the highest standard.
You'll liaise closely with both clients and internal hotel departments to bring each event to life.
Main Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for all wedding and event enquiries, from first interaction to after-event follow-up.
Host venue show-arounds and client consultations, offering tailored advice and recommendations.
Draft comprehensive event proposals, contracts, and function sheets.
Work closely with hotel teams including Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Front Office to coordinate event logistics.
Ensure every event meets or exceeds client expectations and reflects the hotel's commitment to excellence.
Support the Events Department in executing marketing and promotional initiatives.
Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and documentation throughout the event planning process.
Ideal Candidate Profile Previous experience in a wedding, events, or sales coordination role within a hotel or venue setting.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with a proactive, client-focused approach.
High attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Comfortable managing multiple events simultaneously and working to deadlines.
Competent with Microsoft Office and event/CRM systems.
Candidates must currently reside in Ireland and have the legal right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
