Residential Development Foreperson
My client, a leading builder and developer are hiring an experienced Residential Development Foreperson. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential developments.
* • Assess work activities to be carried out, plan the resources required to meet deadlines and ensure related works are completed in the correct sequence.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and coordinating site staff and sub-contractors on large-scale residential projects. They must liaise closely with the design team, Site Manager and other stakeholders.
1. Complete daily site diaries, weekly documentation and administer company procedures as necessary.
The role requires effective planning of tasks, organizing plant facilities efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional image for the company at all times.
Key Requirements:,
Degree/Honours or relevant trade experience,
Background in residential developments essential,
Knowledge of building regulations,responsible leadership skills,in addition to accuracy attention detail methodical nature.The ability lead self-motivated salary:
