Position Title: Flex Space Manager | Meeting, Events, Coworking, Day Offices

Reports to: Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

Department: Sales

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Permanent Full-time

Probation Period: 6 Months

Location: Iconic Offices HQ, Dublin 2

Salary: To be discussed at interview stage

Commission: To be discussed. An uncapped commission structure is in place for the role and will be finalised once in the position.

Ordinary hours of work: 37.5 hours per week. Occasional overtime may be required to perform the duties of the role.

Travel: Occasional inter-city travel to and from Iconic Office locations may be required as part of the role.

Group Companies: Employment with the Company for purposes of this Agreement shall include employment with any Subsidiary.

The Role

As the Flex Space Manager at Iconic Offices, you will drive revenue and commercial growth within our flexible service products. You will be accountable for the performance, development, and growth of all flex products including coworking, meeting rooms, day services, virtual offices, and parking. You will lead coworking products with sales and retention plans, strategic initiatives, and product development to meet client needs. You will oversee parking services by collaborating with service partners and managing internal commercial operations. For virtual offices, you will advance sales strategies, product development, and strategic planning to provide flexible solutions. A client-centric mindset is essential to deliver an exceptional member experience, foster satisfaction, loyalty, and community, and drive retention and tenure across products.


Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Sales & Account Management:

* Identify opportunities for revenue growth while enhancing the client experience to propel the organisation towards exceeding growth targets.
* Own the P&L for the Flex Space division, with accountability for revenue, margin, and utilisation.
* Set, measure, and deliver on clear financial and operational KPIs.
* Develop and implement annual growth and product strategies aligned to the overall business plan.
* Lead forecasting and business review cycles; present insights and recommendations to the CEO.
* Continuously analyse data and market trends to inform pricing, positioning, and new opportunities.
* Oversee the commercial and operational success of all flex service products: Coworking, Meeting & Event Space, Virtual Offices, Day Services, Parking.
* Lead product innovation through customer feedback, competitive analysis, and test-and-learn pilots.
* Partner with Marketing to deliver go-to-market strategies that drive lead volume and conversion.
* Lead cross-departmental collaboration between Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
* Proactively drive the sales of flexible space products and exceed departmental revenue through outstanding sales execution both inbound and outbound.
* Develop and execute management strategies to maximise revenue per client and drive conversions, with a focus on retention and upselling.
* Ensure correct rate positioning for meeting rooms and flex memberships, managing discounts and promotions, and using data to increase usage and revenue.
* Monitor leads, bookings, price sensitivity, and cancellations to align revenue with business goals.
* Collaborate with the sales & ops team, offering ongoing training and mentorship to ensure skills and product knowledge to achieve targets.
* Strengthen relationships with corporate (Light Membership) clients and repeat bookers, capitalising on upselling opportunities, including private offices and additional workspace services.
* Implement a post-booking customer service strategy to gather feedback and identify upselling opportunities, collaborating with the Client Experience Manager.
* Meet and exceed commercial targets set by the CGO.
* Develop and maintain robust sales reporting mechanisms to deliver data-driven insights for decision-making.
* Regularly conduct market analysis to uncover trends and opportunities, shaping the organisation's commercial strategy.

Operational Excellence & Product Development:

* Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer and operations to review and elevate the customer journey while adhering to brand standards.
* Expand distribution partners and collaborations to grow revenue streams.
* Establish consistent performance dashboards and reporting for all flex products.
* Maintain or exceed benchmark satisfaction levels, aligned with the CX Manager.
* Implement scalable processes and systems for high performance and measurement.
* Work with the CX Manager to capture and respond to member feedback and drive loyalty.
* Ensure brand standards, customer experience, and operational compliance are maintained.
* Participate in product innovations from market research and data analysis to improve the client experience and revenue growth.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

* 5+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry (hotel experience is advantageous)
* Data and analytical experience including forecasting and data analysis
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking, knowledge of market trends and revenue management
* Attention to detail and hands-on approach
* Project management skills with ability to manage multiple timelines
* Technological competence in MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous)
* Interpersonal skills and relationship management with clients and teams
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
* Problem-solving ability and customer-focused mindset
* Training capability to mentor team members and develop training resources
