The role involves:
Adhering to Greatbatch Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.
Supporting the Account Executive to grow revenue and share within the territory and accounts.
Providing exceptional customer service and leveraging all capabilities to solve customer problems.
Serving as the primary customer interface and managing customer development programs, facilitating relationships, and coordinating meetings and activities.
Using technical expertise to engage customers and internal teams, ensuring project completion on time and within budget.
Attending product development meetings and responding to business inquiries throughout the product development cycle.
Supporting sales in proposal development and managing new opportunities.
Providing program updates to internal functions and managing pipeline milestones.
Coordinating inputs from sales and marketing to support project deliverables.
Supporting sales by attending product discussions and presentations, and managing customer-driven Quality Agreements.
Supporting marketing efforts through technical capabilities and attending industry events.
Enhancing technical knowledge and applications engineering skills.
Assisting in resolving customer issues related to contracts, forecasts, and quality.
Performing other functions as required.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; engineering preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in a Technical Sales Manager role.
