We are currently looking for a Full-time Facilities Assistant to join our team in Dublin 8
Working pattern: Monday-Friday from 08:30-17:00
Job Description
* Events, Meeting Rooms & all hospitality spaces must be presentable at all times
* Work closely with the Client Workplace Team for all meeting & event requests and ensure continuous monitoring of the client's event calendar.
* Manage last minute/urgent requests in a timely manner and problem solve challenges as required
* Ensure hands on training is applied, particularly to ensure the Client's property is cared for and maintained as much as possible (ie. furniture, equipment)
* Assist in emergencies such as light leaks, spills etc.
* Light repairs around the building
* Completion of planned preventative maintenance tasks such as Water Flushing, Building Condition Reviews.
* 0-Respond to soft service calls logged with the facilities help desk. Investigate the nature of the problems and seek a speedy resolution.
* Ensuring maintenance issues are logged on the CAFM / ticketing system and escalated as appropriate
* Support the Facilities Team with additional tasks as needed
* Be proactive in communicating with the Facilities Team Manager and helping to find solutions when needed
* Carry out weekly fire weekly bell tests.
* Record ESB meter readings by the last week of the month and provide data to Client.
* Any other Adhoc duties which may be required from time to time.
Requirements

* Experience in a similar role
* An excellent working knowledge of English
* Knowledge and willingness to apply safe working practices
* Flexible approach to demand and working hours (possibly involving evenings and weekends)
