We are seeking an experienced fund professional to join our Global Delegate Oversight team, based in Ireland.
In this pivotal role, you will help to lead and shape the operational strategy for Carne Management Company/AIFM, ensuring robust execution of delegate oversight regulatory obligations and responsibilities at both strategic and operational levels.

What is your role and your responsibilities?
Oversee and continuously enhance the delegate oversight framework, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence across all activities.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team, allocating tasks, providing training, and driving consistent performance across the oversight function.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues, supporting team members and ensuring timely resolution of concerns related to the oversight framework.
Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to refresh fund‑level policies, consult on policy matrices, and support audits and regulatory filings.
Build strong relationships with delegates, ensuring timely receipt and review of reports, and elevate delays as appropriate.
Validate and present KPI data for board reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and actionable insights.
Oversee incident management, ensuring breaches and errors are logged, reviewed, and resolved in line with Carne Group procedures.
Maintain compliance calendars and ensure record retention and portal access are up to date across all funds.
Champion client satisfaction, resolve complex queries efficiently, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
