Job Title: IT Project Engineer
A well-established technology and infrastructure services company is seeking an IT project engineer to join its operations team in Dublin. This position is ideal for an engineer with a few years of hands-on experience in systems, networking, or infrastructure who's ready to take ownership of project delivery and site support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of IT infrastructure projects across office and production environments.
* Configure and maintain servers, PCs, and network hardware.
* Manage Active Directory, DNS, and group policies.
* Troubleshoot connectivity, endpoint, and cabling issues.
* Assist in setting up new project sites and hybrid environments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy systems securely and efficiently.
* Document processes and changes in line with company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 3-5 years' experience in IT support, infrastructure, or systems engineering.
* Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory administration.
* Understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
* Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure/AWS) is an advantage.
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills.
* Technical certification (CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft) preferred.
