Salary: €60k – €70k DOE plus employee discount and pension

Responsibilities:
1. Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy retail store
2. Effectively manage staff and motivate them to meet and exceed KPIs
3. Analyse and understand daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding sales, waste, and margins to ensure the growth and profitability of each store
4. Ensuring that all regulations and standards are met regarding HACCP, food safety, stock control and waste management
5. Reviewing staff performance regularly, creating staff rosters, and ensuring overall high standards of the store
Requirements:
6. Strong communication skills
7. Excellent team leadership skills
8. Previous experience managing a team of staff
9. An ambitious individual with the capacity to drive sales and standards in-store
