We are looking for a Mechanic to become part of our team.
As engine reconditioners, we specialize in the removal, reconditioning, and refitting of engines. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical background and be skilled in using both hand and power tools. In this role, you will be tasked with diagnosing, fitting, and maintaining a variety of machinery and vehicles, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our operations.
Tools will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Diagnose mechanical issues using the appropriate testing tools and techniques.
- Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other essential components.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and services to ensure peak performance.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively to accomplish tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex mechanical challenges.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized workshop stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a related role is preferred.
* Strong mechanical knowledge.
* Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in mechanics or automotive technology are beneficial but not mandatory.
