Senior Business Analyst
About the Role:
This position involves working with business users to capture and document business process models using industry-standard frameworks and tools. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of BCBS239, IRB regulation, and experience in similar capacities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead IRB engagement constructing business operating models, business process modelling, requirements management, and delivery of IRB solutions.
* Engage business users to capture and document business process models.
* Translate business requirements into actionable change for fast delivery of technology.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services.
* Design thinking, ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, communicate in a clear non-ambiguous manner.
* Experience in documenting business cases, business process modelling, requirement elicitation through workshops.
