The RoleThe Bookings Administrator plays a key role in managing table reservations, group bookings, and private events. You will act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, maintain accurate booking systems, and communicate closely with front of house, kitchen, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all table and event reservations through the booking system (e.g. OpenTable, ResDiary, or manual log).Respond promptly and professionally to booking enquiries via phone, email, and social media.Coordinate group and private event bookings, including deposits, confirmations, and special requests.Update the daily bookings sheet and communicate guest information to FOH and kitchen teams.Ensure booking systems are accurate and up to date at all times.Liaise with management to maximise table occupancy and revenue.Maintain excellent customer service standards and a professional manner in all communications.Assist with marketing tasks such as event promotions, mailing lists, and social media updates.Provide general administrative support to management as required.RequirementsPrevious experience in a bookings, reception, or administrative role (hospitality experience preferred).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.Confident telephone manner and professional email etiquette.Comfortable using booking or POS systems (training provided).Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Friendly, customer-focused, and a team player with initiative.What We OfferCompetitive salary (dependent on experience).Staff meals and company discounts.Training and development opportunities.Supportive and positive team environment.Opportunity to grow within a well-established hospitality business.How to ApplyPlease send your CV and cover letter via Indeed.Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.Job Type: Full-timePay: €27,000.00-€30,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee discountWork Location: In person
