**Financial Leadership Opportunity**
As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for driving business results and operating efficiencies within the site operations. This role requires strong financial leadership skills to provide operational and strategic guidance to the Plant Manager and their staff.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Serve as a trusted business partner to the Plant Manager, providing financial analysis capabilities and reporting requirements.
* Provide financial leadership to Operations teams to drive better business outcomes.
* Mentor, coach, teach, develop and assist in training of finance team members.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
* Minimum 10+ years of increasing roles of responsibility experience preferably in an accounting or finance manager position.
* Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to understand complex data sets.
You should also have knowledge of productivity tracking systems like Oracle (preferably) as well professional certifications such as CPA/CMA can give additional advantages over competitors while working on cost reductions strategies that bring about growth through result-oriented decisions taken by CPFR(Continuous Planning Forecasting & Replenishment).
