Job Description Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Sales Office operation, achieving performance levels and sales targets set by the company. They will also manage sales office costs, introduce efficiencies in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager, coach and develop staff, recognize high-performance employees, and manage poor performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all aspects of the Sales Office to ensure target achievement as per annual business plan and deliver on personal sales targets.
2. Lead and manage the performance of Sales Executives, Sales Development Coordinators, and Sales Advisors.
