Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Specialist to join our team in the Hungarian market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support and community management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Main responsibilities include:

* Investigating and resolving reported issues via ticketing system
* Enforcing community standards by monitoring reports of abuse on the site
* Becoming knowledgeable about client products and services
* Using market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions to improve community support
* Gathering and analyzing data to develop ways to improve user experience
* Recognizing trends and patterns and escalating issues outside company policy to the global team

Required skills include:

* Strong personal resilience in a pressured and fast-paced environment
* Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
* High adaptability and positive approach to challenges
* Ability to make decisions, prioritize, and solve problems as part of a team
* Effective time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to consistently hit KPIs on time

Language requirements include:

* Fluent near-native level (C1-C2) of Hungarian in oral and written communication
* Advanced level of English (C1)
