Senior Technical Support Engineer (TSE)
I’m currently seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join a global leader in enterprise cloud infrastructure, supporting mission‑critical environments across industries like finance, healthcare, government, and manufacturing.
As a Senior Technical Support Engineer (TSE) within the NSX team, you’ll be at the forefront of network virtualisation and cloud security innovation—empowering organisations to run their modern and legacy applications securely, reliably, and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, diagnosing and resolving challenging issues while ensuring every interaction delivers an exceptional customer experience. Your role will involve:
* Engaging with global customers via email and remote collaboration tools.
* Troubleshooting complex network and virtualisation environments.
* Reproducing and testing issues in lab environments.
* Collaborating with engineering and product teams to drive resolutions and provide feedback for product improvement.
* Documenting cases thoroughly and contributing to internal knowledge bases.
* Creating training materials and mentoring junior team members.
* Driving technical escalations to resolution and preparing Root Cause Analyses.
Training & Growth
The role begins with a comprehensive 8‑week onboarding and training program, blending technical and soft‑skills development. You’ll shadow experienced engineers, participate in hands‑on labs, and quickly begin working directly with customers.

What You’ll Bring
To be successful, you’ll combine strong technical depth with a passion for problem‑solving and customer success. Key qualifications include:
* 5+ years of experience in a network administration or technical support role.
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience).
* Strong background in networking technologies such as switching/routing, firewalls, VPNs, or load balancing.
* Working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
* Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with enterprise customers in English.
* Familiarity with virtualisation platforms or software‑defined networking.
* Exposure to containers or cloud‑native networking.
* Experience with escalation handling and RCA preparation.
