Job Opportunity

Maintain the highest standards of HR professionalism and provide expert support to managers throughout the employee lifecycle.

This role offers a unique chance to make a real impact in a dynamic business environment.

* Deliver timely and accurate HR advice to all managers on day-to-day employee issues and team management and development;
* Proactively identify potential employee issues by participating in regular management and employee meetings, encouraging ongoing communication;
* Support managers in managing incidents and procedures, including disciplinaries and grievances;
* Collaborate with the management team to define requirements and identify internal talent and external candidates to meet business strategy objectives;
* Work with management team to recruit and select new employees;
* Support managers in delivering the performance management process, including goal setting and annual reviews;
* Develop and refine HR policies; Ownership of internal HR documentation and best practice procedures; Ensure compliance with employment legislation;
* Contribute to improving communications strategies, including employee engagement programs, company benefit promotions, and employee retention strategies;
* Provide HR support to employees with queries or issues, facilitating timely resolutions;
* HR data analysis/reporting as requested;
* Oversee Learning & Development (L&D) strategy, focusing on continuous improvement through further training and partnerships with external suppliers;
* Work with Heads of Departments on training needs analysis;
* Onboard and induct new hires effectively.

Key Requirements and Qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years' experience in HR within a business environment;
* Excellent working knowledge of current and future Irish employment law;
* Demonstrated ability to source, attract, and hire new employees;
* Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills for networking and influencing across all levels in the business;
* Strong process and systems-oriented approach;
* Confidential, discreet, and diplomatic approach;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Problem-solving mindset, adaptable to change, and able to work under pressure with multiple priorities;
* KPIs: Employee turnover, Exit interviews, Absenteeism rate;
* Qualifications: 3rd level qualification in Human Resources or business CIPD qualified desirable Qualification or strong interest in L&D Office 365 skills.
