About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Retention Specialist to join our Dublin team. The primary focus of this role is to ensure existing customers feel valued and well supported throughout their policy renewal process.
Key Responsibilities
* Establishing strong relationships with clients by regularly contacting them to discuss policy renewals and maintain their coverage up-to-date
* Engaging with customers to understand their needs, offering tailored insurance solutions that meet their requirements
* Coordinating the renewal process efficiently, identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction through additional cover options
* Building trust with clients and serving as a reliable point of contact for their inquiries and concerns
* Swiftly resolving client issues to preserve high customer satisfaction levels
* Regularly updating client records in the CRM system to reflect their evolving needs
Requirements
* Minimum APA qualification (essential)
* Relevant experience in personal lines insurance, particularly in renewal management, sales, or customer service roles
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
