delivering high-energy events across Ireland. Their growth is powered by digital and they are now looking for a
hands-on marketing leader
who knows how to turn online momentum into real-world participation.
This role is about
getting people to register, turn up, and talk about the event
and making sure sponsors feel the impact on the day.
The Role
You'll own the
end-to-end marketing engine
for a portfolio of live sporting events, from campaign concept to event-day execution.
This is a
digital-first role
with real-world payoff:
* you'll lead social, paid, email and content strategy
* work with designers and web/CRM specialists to convert interest into sign-ups
* and be on the ground at events ensuring sponsor visibility, content capture, and brand activation are delivered brilliantly

What You'll Be Doing
* Own digital growth
: plan and execute campaigns across social, paid, email and web that drive registrations and participation
* Turn attention into action
: optimise funnels, landing pages and messaging to maximise click-throughs and conversions
* Lead creative & tech partners
: work closely with graphic designers and website/CRM specialists to deliver high-performing campaigns
* Be event-present
: attend key events to oversee sponsor setups, branding, photo/video capture and live content
* Sponsor experience
: ensure partners are visible, happy and getting value before, during and after events
* Content engine
: guide the creation of social content, photography and video that fuels future campaigns and builds community
* Measure what matters
: track performance, learn fast, and continually improve participation and engagement
