Barden has been exclusively engaged to identify a qualified accountant to join the manufacturing site of a well-known FMCG company, as a Senior Management Accountant.
This role will suit a qualified accountant, with manufacturing or FMCG experience, who is keen to step up into a more Senior role, and further develop experience in business partnering and FP&A.
THE ROLE
Business partner to the wider business - finance and non-finance people;
Preparation of the annual budget and forecasts;
Presenting to shareholders;
Identifying process improvements;
Carrying out financial analysis and getting involved in ad-hoc projects.
THE PERSON
Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA;
Manufacturing or FMCG experience;
Cost accounting or management accounting experience would be an advantage;
Strong analytical skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels across the organisation.
