Sherpa Kids provides Before School Care, After school and Holiday Childcare to children in the areas of Dublin during term time and non-term time (school holidays).
* Start Date: 18 August 2025 to allow for adequate training, reference checks and garda vetting.

* Salary: Starting from €14.76 p/h

* Positions: Programme Lead and Programme Assistant
Programme Lead:
* Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team
* Own car required for programme lead
* Maintain the day-to-day activities
* Interacting with the children, their families and other staff members each day.
* Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
* Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 2 year)
* Proficiency in technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
Programme assistant
* Assisting with the day-to-day activities in a caring and fun environment.
* Engaging in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.
* Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 1 year)
Requirements:
* Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
* Work Permit/ VISA essential (for more than 20 hours a week)
* At least 2 written references checks are required before starting.
