Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure a consistent supply of high-quality materials.
* Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
* Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain compliance with company standards.
* Design and implement procurement strategies that align with our sustainability goals and environmental policies.
* Analyze market trends and conditions to anticipate supply challenges and opportunities.
* Collaborate with the operations team to forecast material requirements and align procurement plans.
* Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
* Manage procurement budgets to achieve cost savings and efficiency.
* Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
* Ensure procurement practices align with our company's values and principles.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
