Director of Mixed-Signal Verification and Design
We are seeking an experienced leader to build up and coach a team of Mixed-Signal Verification and Design Engineers within Infineon's Automotive division.
This role provides the opportunity to grow and motivate your team members, ensuring their success and the sustainability of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical directions and lead the development of competitive solutions in areas of analog sensors, ADCs, and PHYs.
* Define and execute the strategic IP Roadmap in close cooperation with Concept Engineer, System Architect, and SoC integration teams.
* Have technical and management responsibility for the team: Build, coach, and organize your team members, including operational people management tasks.
* Develop and deploy competences and methodologies within Analog Design and Mixed Signal Verification (skills, procedures, and tools).
* Enable your team for innovation and Intellectual Property generation.
* Allocate resources on projects: You act as Resource Manager of project team members.
* Interact with Infineon's organizations in other sites, fostering global collaboration and supporting multisite projects.
* Develop the relationship with local Universities to take advantage of available know-how and attract young talents to the team.

Requirements:
* A Master or Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
* More than 15 years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry, with at least 5 years in management functions within product development.
* Solid technical background in Mixed Signal Verification & Design.
* Dynamic and energetic with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Experience in project management and PHYs is a plus.
