Software Development Role Overview

This role involves managing large-scale data processing, querying, visualization, and analysis.

The team is responsible for building and maintaining a secure, highly available, fully automated cloud-native platform for both online and offline analytics using modern data architecture.

* Design comprehensive technical solutions for complex business challenges and mentor team members on implementation best practices.
* Collaborate closely with senior engineers, product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and high-quality product delivery.
* Develop and promote scalable, forward-thinking data environment best practices.
* Communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
* Drive innovation and foster a solution-oriented team culture.

* Strong academic background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent fields.
* 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in big data or machine learning.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and deep insights into software languages such as Java or Python.
* Web-development skills and knowledge of middlewares like Spring Boot, databases, caches, and Big Data technologies like Hadoop/Spark/Flink/Kafka.
* Clean coding habits, attention to detail, and a focus on quality and best practices.
* Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
* Experience contributing to open source projects and working in multinational companies are a plus.
