We are seeking a customer service professional to join our team in Dublin 18. The ideal candidate will be confident, engaging and able to build strong relationships with customers and brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and brokers with life and pension queries over the phone
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Good aptitude for technical learning and IT
- Verbal and written fluency in English
