Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Consultant at our Dundalk showroom. The Retail Sales Consultant will assist customers in selecting bathroom and tiling products, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include providing expert product advice, consulting on solutions tailored to customer needs and budgets, managing inquiries, and contributing to the overall retail experience. You will play a key role in driving sales and fostering positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications
* Proven abilities in Sales Consulting and Retail Sales
* Strong understanding of Customer Experience and processes to enhance Customer Satisfaction
* Demonstrated skills in Customer Service, with a focus on professional communication and interpersonal relationships
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced retail environment
* Previous experience in bathroom, tiling, or interior design sales is an advantage
* Proficient in using sales systems or tools to manage customer interactions
