We're seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and contribute to our welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all bar operations, ensuring efficient service and a high standard of customer care. Manage and motivate bar staff, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews. Maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with all licensing laws, health and safety regulations. Foster a positive and engaging environment for both staff and customers. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bar management role. Demonstrable drive, initiative, and a strong work ethic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good sense of humour.
