Ergo is seeking an IT Support Engineer for a contract opportunity with a well-known Pharmaceutical client in Dublin 15. In this role, you will manage IT equipment for Joiners, Movers, and Leavers and provide local support to remote teams to resolve IT issues in an Office 365 environment.Your responsibilities include performing deskside support, troubleshooting end-user desktop issues, and hardware deployment. Previous experience in a Pharma or GxP environment is desirable.
