Responsibilities:
* Drive sales performance, achieving revenue and profit targets within assigned regions.
* Maintain strong customer relationships while effectively managing regional expenses.
* Develop strategic territory plans, utilizing CRM tools for reporting and daily/monthly activity planning.
* Identify, manage, and close new and existing opportunities within designated areas.
* Collaborate with OEM and Strategic Sales teams to explore new business prospects.
* Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, highlighting value-added solutions.
* Establish key account management relationships with leading regional customers.
* Deliver accurate sales forecasts to senior management on a regular basis.
* Work towards achieving company objectives, striving to continually improve results.
* Monitor market trends, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats specific to customers.
Requirements:
* Hold a degree in a technical field such as civil engineering, surveying, or related disciplines; alternatively, hold a HND in a relevant technical area.
* Prior experience in construction technology is desired, with a background in field sales considered advantageous.
* Proven ability to successfully sell products and services.
* Effective prioritization skills to meet short-term and long-term objectives.
* Ability to make informed strategic decisions and take calculated risks.
