Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Limerick (Hybrid) Salary: 65-70K DOE plus benefits Overview Hiring on behalf of a financial services provider seeking a Business Analyst to support regulatory resilience obligations across critical business functions. This role sits within a governance and operational risk team, focused on compliance with CP140, DORA, third party oversight, and continuity planning across a high availability payments environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage the annual review of critical and important functions in line with regulatory requirements * Lead annual DORT activities and coordinate all associated resilience reviews * Oversee third party business continuity and disaster recovery assessments * Manage the annual exit strategy testing programme for third party service providers * Support creation, maintenance, and implementation of BIAs and Business Recovery Plans * Act as an active member of the incident management team * Prepare resilience reporting, committee papers, and management information for governance forums * Ensure contracts, governance documents, and internal processes align with regulatory guidelines * Partner with compliance teams to ensure readiness for evolving regulatory expectations * Represent the organisation at industry working groups and resilience events Requirements * Degree in business, law, economics, or related field * Over 5 years experience in business resilience, operational risk, or regulated financial services * Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks including CP140, DORA, and payments industry oversight * Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills * Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail * Experience working in technology driven or high availability environments * Knowledge of third party risk, vendor management, and outsourcing frameworks desirable What We Offer * Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits * Hybrid working model * Professional development in a regulated financial services environment * Collaborative culture with strong exposure to senior stakeholders Equal opportunities employer.
