Job Title: Site Maintenance Specialist
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment across all internal and external areas of our manufacturing site.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Maintain cleanliness and general condition of non-production areas, including buildings, grounds, and site infrastructure.
2. Carry out routine inspections to identify minor maintenance issues and report them promptly to relevant authorities.
3. Support contractors during on-site maintenance or repair works as required.
4. Evaluate walkways, entrances, car parks, and external areas for safety hazards.
