The role
Hi there, I’m based in Ireland and I need someone to handle a variety of small IT tasks that don’t fit neatly into a single category. The tasks may include software updates, basic hardware diagnostics, setting up peripherals, and minor troubleshooting on Windows or macOS. I’d like someone who can work efficiently, communicate clearly about what they’re doing, and provide quick fixes as well as long-term recommendations. Preference for a calm, detail-oriented person who can come over or walk me through steps remotely as needed. If you have expertise in support for home offices, broadband/router setup, and basic cybersecurity tips, that would be a big plus. Please share an approximate hourly rate and availability for an initial 2–4 hour session.
